How to submit a support ticket

  1. Navigate to https://launchpad.classlink.com/ispschools
  2. Click on the Service Desk icon
  3. Click on Technology Service Desk
  4. Click on either Incident Request or Service request (whichever fits your needs best)
  5. Complete the details and log the issue or request.
