Emailing Students

  1. Open the Student Manager module.
  2. Use your preferred search method to find the student records you want to work with
  3. Select the checkboxes by the students you wish to contact:
  4. Select Email Wizard from the pink drop down list.
  5. Check Selected students:
  6. Click Next.
  7. Click OK to confirm your selection.
  8. Use the fields in the Message tab to compose your e-mail:
  9. Select the Recipients tab and confirm the recipients of the e-mail
  10. Select the Attachments tab and upload attachments, as required.
  11. Use the Options tab to set e-mail properties:
  12. Click Send E-Mail when you are ready.
  13. Click View Summary to check on the status of the e-mail delivery.
